Because Variform was popular and some people were asking to remix it, I thought why not just turn it into a remix album release. This remix was my contribution for the album. My idea was to try if the speech synth parts in the original, the little that there was, could be turned into longer verses. I then came up with the lyrics by writing down each of the words on post-it notes and shuffled those around for whatever paragraphs and words I could think of. Say like ”bastards” was a combo of ”back” + ”assembly” + ”bitchard”, or ”bandpass” was edited from ”back” + ”and” + ”assembly”. If you’ve ever wondered why the vocals are like they are, it’s purely because of this constraint. This also made writing the song so much fun.

lyrics

(I got... L B B)

(I know what you're thinking punk.. You gotta ask yourself a question)

Bastards coding
Back to back
Fixing a mode
For curly bandpass function
We have bass
We have experience
We call you a bitch

(Ooh la la)

No more coding
Back to back
No fixing a mode
For curly bandpass function
Kewlers are back
To present music
For you and your bitches

(yo yo yo)

(You gotta ask yourself a question.. Do I feel lucky? Well do you punk?)

We are fixing your bitches
Cueue that ass
To form you a bit more experience
Call them bastards
and wax that ass
Kewlers bang the bitches

No more coding
Back to back
No fixing a mode
For curly bandpass function
We have bass
We have experience
We have the fixes
And your bitches

(I know you gonna dig this)

(Please don't stop playing please, that last selection was quite beautiful. May I enquire the name of it?)
